Recently, in a coaching session my client hesitated and then said,
"I'm not sure if what I want to talk about is executive-y enough."
Wow. The courage and the vulnerability it took for my client to ask this question.
This moment, when we know in our bones what we want to talk about but we aren't sure if we can let it past the tip of our tongue, is a turning point in many conversations. Do we go forward risking rejection or ridicule? Do we turn back, forgetting our needs? Do we leap, hoping our needs will be met? My client leapt and we landed together, ready to dig deep, together.

This isn't coffee with a friend, this is doing the work of re-wiring your internal and external systems so you can succeed.
2. The process - you need to want to walk the executive-coaching-process path with me. This includes identifying a topic to talk about in our session, exploring what meaning working through that topic brings to you, and anchoring your goals in the session to your bigger goals for your The topic and where you want to go is entirely up to you.
