Values & Group Coaching: Together at Last

Values

Organizational and personal value alignment is crucial for success. In the morning session, you'll identify and define your values and co-create and define the behaviours that embody them. We'll work through what happens when you're outside of your values and how to get back on track.

Already clear on your top two values? Incredible, bring them with you and operationalize them with the group!

Group Coaching

Equilibrium Group Coaching afternoon session is designed to help you navigate complex decisions with purpose and integrity.

Led by expert facilitation and executive coaching questions, you'll engage in individual and small group work, mapping and brainstorming, and incorporating your values into your decisions.

You'll leave feeling empowered, having created a clear path forward that has a clear connection to your values.

Inclusive Facilitation

Equilibrium by Fulcrum is designed to be inclusive and accessible. Based in best practices in inclusive facilitation and Universal Design for Learning. Agenda and workshop details are shared ahead of time so you can choose what participation looks like for you.

The Equilibrium Process

Accessibility as guide

Equilibrium by Fulcrum is group executive coaching for your professional and personal growth. As your facilitator, I create a space for you to feel empowered to decide how you engage with myself and the group.

There are a variety of ways for you to engage with the topics we cover and I build in breaks so that both your brain and body is taken care of.

At Equilibrium, you can expect a territorial honouring, physical and psychological safety orientation, and a mix of sitting, movement, individual and group participation.

There is written and verbal information sharing, structure that's oriented to what's important to you and your goals, and my commitment to hold space for you so that you can let go of what you usually have to hold to be able to do your best work in our session.

Growth as goal

The embedded ways of learning and sharing at Equilibrium are based on a foundation of curiosity, equity, kindness, and awareness. Single-session or multi-session programs can be built to suit your learning needs.

Participants as experts

Working with the truth that the people in the room are the experts in their experience, I partner with teams to first build trust in the learning space by modeling reciprocity, vulnerability, and self-awareness.

From there we branch out, exploring baseline assumptions, baseline agreements and truths formed in context with group and individual goals. We then start to build awareness and competency in the areas the people in the room want to explore.

Process as path

I partner with the group as a constellation of individuals who each have their own learning and growth goals in the context of their larger system. Individually, in the group setting, participants answer coaching questions framed to explore their experience in quiet reflection, sharing optional, and move through the process of designing their own plans of action to move forward post-session.

Trust as baseline

Awareness and competency are built into the pedagogy of Equilibrium, putting the participant's needs, as learner, at the forefront, supported by the framework.

Intentionally built from a harm-reduction perspective, knowing we learn best when we feel regulated and supported, multiple options regarding group participation, personal disclosure, and sharing is honoured and embedded in all session formats.

Coaching as framework

Equilibrium is based in an executive-coaching approach that includes:

  • Holding participants capable of their own growth and learning

  • Rooting in curiosity and compassion

  • Building accountability into designing action with the participants' knowledge of how they learn best

  • Orienting participants to awareness in their own system, and the larger systems at play, and what's meaningful to them about how those systems interplay.
