A Bit About Me
Welcome. I'm an executive coach, facilitator, communicator, connector, mother of two incredible kids, wife, and curious human. I'm always on the lookout for ways to learn and improve how I show up. I've worked in higher-ed institutions for 22 years, spending time working and learning in world-class tourism marketing and research, and Crown corporations in BC.
I'm a proud alumna of both Camosun College and Royal Roads University. Life-long learning is integral to who I am.
I work with professionals who know the value of coaching and want to add me, as their executive coach, into their toolkit of resources. I believe that coaching should be a partnership which both parties enter into willingly, knowing it will provide insights, learning, and growth.
I facilitate retreats and group executive coaching sessions for people to come together in the spirit of self renewal and balance and I'm a freelance communication professional.
